アイ村産のピノ・ノワールに遺伝子（コード）レベルで迫り、その神秘性を表現することをテーマに造られたシャンパーニュ。ブラン・ド・ノワール（黒ブドウのみで造られたシャンパーニュ）ならではの力強く、奥行きを感じさせる味わい。バニラや蜂蜜の香りが特徴で、フレッシュな果実味や酸味と甘みのバランスも抜群。

The NV Code Noir, 100% Pinot Noir, presents the richness and power of Aｙ in its ample, broad-shouldered personality. An exotic melange of honey, tropical fruit, orange jam, spice and vanillin fleshes out in the glass.
