1868年、フランス中部のオクセー・デュレス村に創設されて以来、数あるブルゴーニュのワイン生産者のなかでもトップブランドと称されている名門ワイナリー「ルロワ」社。現当主であり天才醸造家でもあるマダム・ラルー・ビーズ・ルロワが、約140年以上の歴史と伝統を受け継ぎ、ブルゴーニュ最上のワインだけを選び続けることによりルロワの地位を絶対的なものにしています。

ドメーヌワインとは、一般的に自社の畑でブドウを栽培し、収穫、醸造、瓶詰めまでを一貫して行ったワインです。ルロワ社のドメーヌワインは、ビオディナミ農法で栽培した、生産量を抑えた良質のブドウで醸造しています。華やかでフルーティーでありながら、しっかりとした骨格を持つ、長期熟成も可能なワインです。

「サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌ プルミエ・クリュ ナルバントン」 は、モン・バトワ山の山裾の一番下にある一級畑。土壌は粘土、ロワン川からくる沈泥、砂が混ざり合って形成されています。控えめな香りで乾燥したローズペダルなどを感じます。フレッシュなダークプラムやマルベリーの味わい。タンニンは丸く滑らかな口当たりです。この村のワインでは圧倒的に濃厚な味わいです。

Bright red/purplish fruit, iron, dried flowers, chalk, mint and dried herbs are some of the many notes that race through the 2017 Savigny-l?s-Beaune Les Narbantons 1er Cru. The Narbantons is brilliant in the glass, with a real sense of nervous energy that runs through its core. Readers should plan on cellaring the 2017 for at least a few years. The 2017 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Narbantons is showing especially well this year, bursting with notes of raspberries, cherries, woodsmoke, grilled squab and rose petals. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, with succulent acids, powdery tannins and an ample core of sapid fruit, concluding with a long and precise finish.
