モンターニュ・ド・ランスの100%格付けのグラン・クリュ「ブージー村」「アンボネイ村」は言わずと知れたピノ・ノワールの優良産地でありアンドレ・クルエは、その地において極上のシャンパーニュを造る生産者です。両親が所有するブージーと隣村のアンボネイに約8%の斜度がある最上の畑から収穫された葡萄のみを使用します。

クルエ家の先祖はかつて、ルイ16世やナポレオンの側近として遣えており、ナポレオンから譲り受けた領地で葡萄栽培やワイン造りをスタートさせたとジャン・フランソワは語ります。代々、ピノ・ノワールから造るスティル・ワイン、ブージー・ルージュを造るメゾンでしたが現当主ジャン・フランソワの祖父アンドレ・クルエがシャンパーニュを造りはじめました。

「グラン・レゼルヴ ブリュット NV」 は、ピノ・ノワール100%としては驚くほどに膨らみのある柔かい味わいです。果実味、甘味、酸味、ミネラル、泡の持続性等の色々な要素がバランスよくまとまった、食前から食中まで幅広く利用できる1本です。

The NV Brut Grand Reserve Grand Cru is a pure Pinot Noir from Bouzy. It's pure, fresh, fine and aromatic on the nose and round and delicate on the palate. The fruit-intense finish is chalky-mineral and stimulatingly fresh in its salty finesse and elegant yeastiness. Nice lemon juice flavors give an extra kick of refreshment. This is a picture-book NV Brut. No indication of disgorgement given. Tasted with Jean-Fran?ois Clouet's German importer in Bremen.

外観は黄金色がかった淡く輝きのあるイエローで気泡のきめは細やか。香りは華やかで特に果実香がはっきりとしておりリンゴや洋ナシ、白桃やチェリーなどの コンポートのような香りを中心に白や黄色の花の香り、さらに上品さを与えるミネラル香やバタークリームなどの香りほんのりとスパイスの香りなどが調和。 味わいはブラン・ド・ノワールにしては柔らかなアタックで広がりもまろやかで泡の刺激とともに滑らかな印象が余韻まで続く。 (ヴィノテークNo.325より抜粋)
