Reduction still clouds the nose. The palate is strait-laced, a streak, a vision of bundled citrus that unites ripe lemon and Meyer lemon zest. This is precise, concentrated, bullet-like in its relentless directness, citrus-scented, impactful and still tightly coiled. The finish allows the yeasty texture to settle and the herbal tisane to shimmer. Lovely, bright, vivid and monumental. (Bone-dry)
