ブシャールのアイコニックな赤ワインの一つ。長熟型の個性あるワイン。 1731年創業、1775年にヴォルネーのカイユレ畑、タイユピエ畑などを取得しワイン造りを開始しました。1820年に、15世紀の要塞であるシャトー・ド・ボーヌを取得し瓶熟庫として利用しており、現在も19世紀のワイン約3000本が眠っています。1995年、シャンパーニュの老舗アンリオ家の故ジョゼフ・アンリオがオーナーになると、ワイン造りの全工程において徹底した品質改革が行われました。 自社畑ブドウから造られるドメーヌワインと買いブドウからのネゴシアン部門がありますが、ドメーヌとしてのブシャールは、コート・ドールに約130ha(うちグランクリュ12ha、プルミエクリュ74ha)におよぶ優れた畑を所有するコート・ドール最大のドメーヌです。品質向上へのめざましい取組みにより、優れたテロワールの力が発揮され、国際的に高い評価を得ています。また、「幼子イエスのブドウ畑」の呼び名で有名な畑「ボーヌ グレーヴ・ヴィーニュ ド・ランファン・ジェズュ」の単独所有者としても知られています。 「ボーヌ 1er クロ・ド・ラ・ムース」は、ブドウがつぶれぬよう小さな籠(容量13kg)で収穫。人の手で選果。軽くトーストの香りにたっぷりの果実の香り。フレッシュで洗練されていると同時に、粘土を多分に含む土壌から生まれるまややねっとりとした質感が印象的。長期熟成も可能。 BOUCHARD PERE ET FILS BEUNE 1ER CLOS DE LA MOUSSE ブシャール・ペール・エ・フィス ボーヌ 1er クロ・ド・ラ・ムース 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ボーヌ ボーヌ 原産地呼称：AOC. A lightly earthy and dusty undertone to the aromas. It’s full-bodied with firm and medium chewy tannins and a coffee, dried-earth and hazelnut undertone to the subtle fruit at the finish. Ripe pinot character, too. Drinkable now, but better in a three or four years. VINOUS：91 ポイント 91pts From: Red Burgundy '16 & '15: Superb Vintages, Different Styles (Jan 2018) Good bright, dark red a bit less saturated than the Beaune du Chateau. Aromas of raspberry coulis and clove convey a distinctly candied quality. Then dense, sweet and plush, offering aromatic if slightly warm flavors of jammy dark fruits and spices. Perhaps a bit more serious than the Beaune du Chateau and showing a touch more medicinal reserve but this is still uncommonly sweet and soft, albeit with plenty of ripe supporting tannins.
