    事実上の酸化防止剤無添加を実践するモレを代表する伝統的大ドメーヌ！ モレ・サン・ドニにおける新興の大ドメーヌがデュジャックなら、伝統的大ドメーヌはポンソであろう。その歴史はデュジャックより100年も遡る。2017年、モレ・サン・ドニ村長も務めたジャン・マリー・ポンソの息子ローラン・ポンソがドメーヌを去り、現在、ローランの妹ローズ・マリーが5代目の当主を務める。 ローズ・マリーは、1997年からドメーヌ参画している。醸造に関しては支配人代理も務めるアレクサンドル・アベルが醸造責任者を務める。ローラン・ポンソと同じ哲学をもち、スタイルに変化はない。ポンソのワインは非常に個性的で、若いうちはとくに理解しづらい印象を受ける。しかしながら、理想の状態で熟成させたワインは、驚くべき色香を放ち、その状態は20年も30年も保たれる。まさに投資に値するワインといえるだろう。 「モレ・サン・ドニ キュヴェ・デ・グリーヴ」は、プルミエ・クリュのアルーエット（ヒバリ）に対して村名はグリーヴ（ツグミ）。ブラックベリー、ダークチェリー、それによく熟したラズベリーのアロマ。一般的な村名モレ・サン・ドニからすればデリケートなタッチ。タンニンはキメ細かく、ビロードのような喉越し。 DOMAINE PONSOT MOREY SAINT DENIS CUVEE DES GRIVES ドメーヌ・ポンソ モレ・サン・ドニ キュヴェ・デ・グリーヴ 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ニュイ モレ・サン・ドニ 原産地呼称：AOC. Medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated, with bright acids and powdery tannins, it's taut and reserved by comparison with the domaine's outgoing Gevrey bottling. The 2020 vintage at Domaine Ponsot marks the first time in history that this estate has begun the harvest in the month of August. Coming in at between 13.5% and 14% alcohol, these are powerful, concentrated Burgundies with deep, saturated hues, vibrant acids and serious musculature, and they will demand some bottle age. The 2019s, revisited from bottle, are also rich, lavish wines, bursting with fruit that almost conceals serious structure that will also reward patience. It has a lovely bouquet, very pure, floral and very refined, quite mineral-driven. The palate demonstrates a good spine, fresh on the entry with a touch of balsamic infusing the dark berry fruit and a hint of cola on the aftertaste.
