BAROLO ぶどう品種：ネッビオーロ 100% 味わい：赤ワイン 辛口 フルボディ ワインアドヴォケイト：97 ポイント Rating 97 Release Price $165 Drink Date 2024 - 2050 Reviewed by Monica Larner Issue Date 24th Jul 2020 Source July 2020 Week 3, The Wine Advocate I wasn't sure how to order my tasting flight of Ceretto's four single-vineyard Baroli (from Castiglione Falletto, Monforte d'Alba and Serralunga d'Alba), so I decided to start with this wine from Brunate in La Morra, at the heart of the appellation. The 2016 Barolo Brunate shows a dark core of fruit, and you are immediately aware of the depth and profound nature of this wine. The bouquet is lifted by cassis, wild cherry and plum. The ferrous quality that we saw in some of the other wines is softer here, and I would describe Brunate as the most fruit-forward (at this young stage) with elegant tannins and impactful fruit weight on the finish. All of these wines are aged in new oak (just 10% of the total) and used oak barrel (90%) for the first 12 months. After that, the wine is racked into Austrian oak casks for an additional two years before going into bottle for one more year. ジェームス・サックリング：95 ポイント CERETTO BAROLO BRUNATE 2016 Tuesday, August 4, 2020 Country Italy Region Piedmont Vintage 2016 Score 95 The purity of fruit here is so beautiful with sliced strawberries, violets and hints of black truffle. Cinammon, blood orange, mint and licorice are some of the notes that grace the 2016 Barolo Brunate. Wonderfully layered and supple, the 2016 has so much to offer. Like all of these 2016s, it very nicely combines elegance with power. The Brunate is all about texture and volume; it is less open aromatically than some of the other wines in this range but very, very good nonetheless. It finishes with real breadth. Antonio Galloni. The fruit veers toward darker nuances with plum, dark cherry and dried blackberry. The mouthfeel is rounder and fuller, fleshed out considerably in all the nooks and crannies, with the bigger impact of sheer Nebbiolo personality. This is your proverbial red-meat Barolo. This site is one of the last to ripen, awarding the grapes ample time to reach maturity at a slow and careful pace. vinous：95 ポイント Ceretto 2016 Barolo Prapo Serralunga D'alba, Piedmont Red wine from Italy Drinking window: 2024 - 2041 The 2016 Barolo Prapo is the most closed and inward of the wines in this range, as it so often is. Iron, savory herbs, menthol, licorice, lavender, macerated dark cherry, dried flowers and sinewy Serralunga tannins give the 2016 its distinctive personality. Aeration brings out that beguiling mix of floral, savory and earhty overtones that is such a signature of Prapo Barolos. The 2021 Barolo Monvigliero (with 7,000 bottles released) is a wine of extreme elegance and grace. It shows wild berry, redcurrant, lilac and light spice. Fruit comes from a 1.4-hectare plot with south and southwest exposures on silty limestone soils. There is a pretty note of floral sweetness over polished tannins that makes for a lasting impression. In April 2022, Vittore Alessandria and his family opened their new bed & breakfast called Speziale, which is also one of their most popular wines. They hold the Verduno flag high in terms of winemaking excellence and hospitality. I was excited to taste the 2024 Verduno Pelaverga Speziale (a wine I always love), but my sample didn't arrive. I'll submit a review in my next report. The aromatics alone are haunting in their beauty. Rose petal, tangerine peel, cinnamon, kirsch, pomegranate and mint explode from the glass. Beams of supporting tannin give the wine its vertical build. This is such a promising Barolo. It could very well turn out to be one of the wines of the vintage. - By Antonio Galloni on January 2025 Vittore Alessandria's 2021 Barolos are hugely promising. Because of the timing of my trip, I tasted the wines just prior to bottling. Harvest was October 7 and 8 for the San Lorenzo and Monvigliero respectively, then October 14 for the Gramolere. The 2021s saw about 30 days on the skins, with submerged cap maceration. Aging was done in cask. These Barolos can be a bit shy out of the gate, but they blossom with a few years in bottle.

Specifically, the 2016 Barolo Bussia sees fruit sourced from Bussia Soprana, one of the various subdivisions of the larger Bussia cru. I loved the inaugural 2015 vintage, and my initial impression of 2016 evokes that same excitement. This is a worthy addition to the Ceretto portfolio; it's a wine that offers enormous silkiness and textural finesse. Those beautiful Nebbiolo aromas are all there-the wild cherry, licorice and rust-but I am particularly impressed by the soft elegance of the mouthfeel, which gives equal space to fruity sweetness, acidity and structure. Bright saline notes give the Barolo Bussia great tension and sheer drive. Deceptively medium in body the Bussia is also incredibly distinctive. Its rich, vivid flavors are so finely sculpted. In this range, the Bussia is distinguished by its mid-palate sweetness and that creaminess that is so common in the best Bussia Barolos. I love the vibrancy here. Antonio Galloni. ～名門が表現するシャサーニュの銘醸区画～ サントネイの名門フルーロ・ラローズは、現天皇陛下が訪問された事でも知られ、また当主二コラ氏の奥様が日本人であることから、日本でもファンの多い蔵元です。近年は2人の息子の兄が名門ドメーヌで修行を終えて蔵に参画し、伝統を継承しながらも少しずつ革新を行っています。 こちらは蔵が得意としているシャサーニュの銘醸区画から造られる白ワイン。フレッシュなレモンや白桃、蜂蜜にナッツなどが感じられ、柔らかい果実の風味に、きめの細かい酸が心地よい実にエレガントな仕上がりです。

伝説的なワインを数々世に送り出した“ハイジ・バレット” 栽培家の”ジム・バーバー”、食とワインのスペシャリスト“ジョン・シュワルツ”の最強トリオが造り出す『山系カベルネの頂点』 ～Amuse Bouche～ 「古くなった固いパンも、優れたシェフの手にかかれば素晴らしいパン・ペルデュ(＝フレンチトースト)になるように、アミューズ・ブーシュにならなかったワインも、優れた醸造家であるハイジ・バレットの手にかかれば夢のようなアロマと味わいのワインになる」 このアイデアから、パン・ペルデュにちなんで名づけられたこのワインには、アミューズ・ブーシュやオー・ソメだけでなく、ラ・シレーナ、ランボーン、バーバーなど、ハイジが醸造に深く関わるナパ・ヴァレーの複数のワイナリーのワインがブレンドされている。 毎年最高の表現を求めてブレンドを行うため、ヴィンテージごとに品種や畑の比率は異なる。 1年ごとにデザインが変わるラベルに象徴される一期一会のヴィンテージの個性とともに、柔らかく濃厚でジューシーという、ハイジ・バレットのワインの魅力が集約されている。 ワイナリーの垣根を越えた、ハイジ・バレット究極の”The Napa Valley”である。 【2023年】 カベルネ ソーヴィニヨン 74% シラー 16% メルロ 7% プティ ヴェルド 3% カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを主体に、シラー、メルロ、プティ・ヴェルドを組み合わせた構成。 完熟カシスやブラックベリーの濃密な果実香に、スミレや黒胡椒、スモークのニュアンスが重なります。 バリック発酵、新樽40％で22ヶ月熟成という本格仕様が奥行きを与え、柔らかくジューシーな果実味を、きめ細かなタンニンと芯の通った酸が支えます。複数品種が織りなす層は明瞭でありながら一体感があり、余韻にはスパイスとミネラルが静かに続きます。
