【正規代理店商品】 サロン2013、ため息の出る美貌 ギリシャ神話に登場する神々のように、長く華麗な筋肉を完璧に鍛え上げたシルエットを備え、我々の心と舌を魅了する2013年！ パリの毛皮商人であり、後に政治家となったウジェーヌ・エメ・サロン氏が、地元メニル村のわずか1haの畑で育てたブドウから、自身で愉しむためにシャンパーニュを仕立てたのが始まり。メニル・シュール・オジェ村の一つの畑の、それも単一ヴィンテージのシャルドネだけで造られる特異なシャンパーニュです。 サロンは唯一無二です。唯一のセパージュであるシャルドネ、唯一のテロワールであるコート・デ・ブラン、唯一のクリュ、メニル＝シュール＝オジェ、そしてビンテージとなる単一年のブドウ。しかし、毎年生産するわけではなく、最も優れた年のみビンテージとなるのが、唯一無二の所以です。 サロン2013、ため息の出る美貌 120年ものサロンの歴史の中で、44番手にあたるサロン2013。ギリシャ神話に登場する神々のように、長く華麗な筋肉を完璧に鍛え上げたシルエットを備え、我々の心と舌を魅了します。 単一という表現の元に生まれたシャンパーニュ、サロン。単一のテロワールであるコート・デ・ブラン地区に位置し、ル・メニル・シュール・オジェ村に広がる単一のクリュで育ったシャルドネ。その単一品種のブドウで作った、単一年のワインが、エメ・サロンという一人の男が夢見たシャンパーニュです。 2013年ものは、その特異な容姿からも人目を引くワインになりました。よく見ると特徴がより洗練され、輪郭はより正確で魅力的なことがわかります。ため息の出るような美貌を持つプロテウスにも例えられるサロン2013。その偉大なワインは、地下の奥深くで10年間の熟成を必要としました。 ■テイスティング■ サロン2013は、自然光の中でもキラキラと輝いて見えます。グラスの中で、黄金色がグリーンの反射と交わり、まさに偉大なブラン・ド・ブランに特有の色合いを見せます。白い花、リンデンフラワー、ジャスミン、ベルガモットのピールがブーケを構成し、ル・メニル村で育つブドウに特有のミネラル感が際立ちます。繊細で深みのある性格を持ったワインを生み出すテロワールの本性がよく表現されました。豊満で余韻の長い味わいは、口の中で完璧なバランスを示し、壮大な力強さを感じさせます。 その温かみは、しっかりとした骨格や、焼きリンゴ、ローストしたヘーゼルナッツ、塩バターキャラメルなどのまろやかで食をそそるようなアロマが、しっかりと表現しています。繊細に消えていく泡と同時に現れる、石灰感と唾液を湧出させるような後口は、まさにサロンの特徴です。 起源が全ての答えを持っていました。ル・メニルの村が、その率直で頑固で勤勉な特質の中、自分自身を表現しています。変動のない強さを持つサロン2013が、弾け出る特別な瞬間がやってきました。 ■料理との組み合わせ■ サロン2013を最高の状態で味わうためには、どんな料理が最適でしょうか。牡蠣のジュレを添えたサーモンのテリーヌは、海の香りが強いサロンのミネラル感をうまく引き立てるでしょう。シャンパーニュ地方のスペシャリティーでもあるリードヴォーを詰めた豚足ファルシにも十分対応できますし、フォアグラのコロッケは、滑らかなでシルキーな口当たりのサロンとぴったりでしょう。 ■2013年ヴィンテージ情報■ シャンパーニュ地方の2013年 秋色のヴィンテージ 2013年は、酷寒の冬の後、それと同じくらい長く寒い春が続きましたが、ブドウの木に霜が降りることはありませんでした。芽吹きを迎えた4月末にはよく雨が降り、それはブドウの花が満開になる7月上旬まで続きました。この時点で、すでに収穫時は9月下旬から10月上旬であることが見込まれました。その間、ブドウの木と土壌を精察し、各区画に注意を払い、各植物の異なる反応を見逃さず、それぞれに適応した手入れを施します。夏はとても暑く、素晴らしい日差しに恵まれましたが、時々雷雨が襲い、雹による被害も確認されました。9月に入るとともに一気に秋が深まり、ブドウの熟成が速度を落とします。サロンの区画では、10月1日に収穫が始まりました。悪天候と収穫時の厳しい選別のせいで、瓶詰めできる果汁の量が減少してしまうことが懸念されましたが、実際には、1ヘクタール当たり1万3千キログラムという素晴らしい量が獲得できました。シャルドネのブドウは見るからに良質で、程よい度数と完璧な酸度を持ち、このヴィンテージは想像以上の力強さが炸裂するだろうと予想されました。 CHAMPAGNE SALON BRUT BLANC DE BLANC サロン ブリュット ブラン・ド・ブラン 生産地：フランス シャンパーニュ 原産地呼称：AOC. Champagne of mind-bending complexity, the 2013 possesses tremendous mid-palate intensity and power from the very first taste. Lemon confit, dried flowers, mint and a touch of brioche appear first, followed by light tropical accents that add an exotic flair. Imagine the sizzling energy of the 2008 and the persistence of 2004, with more mid-palate richness and riper fruit. Two-thousand thirteen was a cool, late ripening year. Harvest started at the beginning of October under sunny, dry days and cool nights, conditions that have not been seen since then. Readers will find a spectacular, modern Salon endowed with tremendous depth and very little of the youthful austerity that once defined Champagnes from cooler years here. With a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter, the 2013 Brut Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil possesses a complex, fruity bouquet mingling aromas of orchard fruit with notions of lemon oil, exotic fruits, spring flowers, almond and hints of menthol and buttery pastry. Full-bodied, rich and dense, with lively acids, it’s more complex and incisive than the 2002 and exhibits similar power to the 2012 at this early stage. It's full-bodied, velvety in feel and loaded with plummy fruit, framed in vanilla and cedar. Dense, powerful and tannic, it should prove to be long lived, even by Grange standards. Gago doesn't rate the vintage overall that highly, but he says the selection this year for Grange was a bit more stringent and that production levels were just average. It has a fine citrus nose with plenty of lemons, grapefruit and yellow chalky notes, not to mention some lighter floral elements. The palate is super dry (dosage at 3-4g), and there's a silky, sherbet-like texture that makes this smooth fine and long. The citrus flavors give way to the surging acidity and the finish twists very slowly through to lightly toasted cashew nuts mingled with complex fruit and citrus flavors. Silky and caressing on the palate, the 2002 impresses for its exceptional balance and harmony. In 2002 so many Champagnes are ripe and explosive in style, but the 2002 R.D. is quite restrained by comparison. Hints of apricot pit, smoke, almonds, spices and pears ring out on the super-finessed, inviting finish. The 2002 is going to be nearly impossible to resist in its youth, but it should also age impeccably. All the elements are in the right place. Full-bodied, broad and enveloping, with a pillowy, seamless profile and a fleshy core, it concludes with a long, sapid finish. With two grams per liter less acidity than the more incisive 2008 (which has not yet been released as R. D.), the 2002 is a giving, expansive wine that is drinking well today.

Parker, Jr. Issue Date 29th Oct 2016 Source 227, The Wine Advocate The 2014s, where the production of Napanook was only 2,200 cases and Dominus slightly more than the 2015 at 4,000 cases, was another early harvest, although somewhat later than 2015. The 2014 Dominus, which is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot really struts its stuff. Moueix’s belief in dry farming seems to be paying off with stronger and stronger vintages, each successive year, and the 2014 is a sexy, opulent, layered, multidimensional wine with notes of red and blackcurrant, cedar wood, tobacco leaf , spice box and licorice. The color is a dense plum/ruby/purple, much like the Napanook. This is a beauty that is already drinking gorgeously - as most 2014s are - and will continue to evolve for 25 or so years. VINOUS：96+ ポイント 96+pts Drinking Window 2021 - 2034 From: Napa Valley Trilogy: 2014, 2015 & 2016 (Dec 2016) The 2014 Dominus is endowed with tons of depth, power and muscle. Black cherry, plum, smoke, menthol, licorice, chocolate, dried herbs and dark spices are all pushed forward. Deep, pliant and exquisitely layered, the 2014 possesses tons of concentration and mid-palate depth. Like so many wines in this vintage, the 2014 comes across as a hybrid of 2013 and 2012. I very much like the energy and focus in this wine. This is a fabulous wine in every way. With time in the glass, the flavors gain in brightness and focus. Aged in 100% new American oak (as always), it offers up trademark lifted aromas plus scents of vanilla, toasted coconut, cedar, raspberries and blackberries. Impressively concentrated and full-bodied, with an extraordinarily long, velvety finish, it's nevertheless reasonably fresh and tight, with decades of cellaring potential if properly stored. Certainly at least on a par with such vintages as 2010 and 2012, the big question is whether it will ultimately reach triple digits. Expansive, smoke- and spice-accented aromas of cherry liqueur, cassis, coconut and pungent flowers show excellent clarity. Stains the palate with concentrated dark fruit and violet pastille flavors that are complemented by suggestions of mocha, smoked meat and exotic spices. Distinctly generous in character, but there's also superb energy thanks to a core of juicy acidity. This is a very intense Grange with such rich black-fruit, tar and coal-smoke aromas together with iodine and black-olive notes and an array of wild dark herbs. Almost impenetrable dark plums and licorice, as well as bacon fat. The palate has such seamless delivery of intense blackberry and plum flavors with some redder tones emerging, too. The power here is countered by such freshness and an almost elegant feel. This has such impressive, vibrant, long and seamless fruit power. Really is exceptionally complete, but tight, needs time to open. Very enjoyable now, but better after 2023.

The texture is lushly approachable and intense, with a tannic grip that doesn't come to bear until the impressively long finish. The grapes are mainly fermented as whole clusters or individual whole berries gently extracted and trod by foot only at the end of the fermentation before ageing in new casks. The wine should be ready to drink fairly soon after release yet will have the substance for long ageing.

Drink now. ワインアドヴォケイト：97 ポイント The Wine Advocate RP 97 Reviewed by: William Kelley Release Price: NA Drink Date: 2025 - 2040 While one might have expected the cool, northwest-facing part of this famed Ay vineyard to produce a rather unyielding wine in a vintage like this, Bollinger's brilliant 2013 Brut Blanc de Noirs La Cote Aux Enfants is actually easier to understand than the rather more reserved inaugural 2012 release. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of smoky orchard fruit, crisp peach, beeswax, mocha, warm spices and toasted nuts, it's full-bodied, taut and chiseled, with a deep and concentrated core of fruit, a beautifully refined pinpoint mousse and a long, electric finish. All the energy and cut that one could wish for is combined with the house's trademark vinous, complex style to deliver a wine of real character and elan. One of Champagne's reference points, Bollinger's serious approach to farming, Pinot Noir-dominated style, commitment to barrel fermentation and maturation and superb palette of prime terroirs mark it out as one of the leading Grandes Marques today. On my most recent visit, chef des caves Denis Bunner and I tasted through three Blanc de Noirs bottling, from the Ay-based 2018 PN AYC, to the second release of a Champagne from La Cote Aux Enfants, to the house's emblematic Vieilles Vignes Francaises. Interestingly, the 2013 is much more expressive than the 2012 was at this stage. The 2013 was picked at 11.12% potential alcohol. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Pliant and supple, with super-refined tannins, the 2021 has a ton to offer. It boasts gorgeous textural depth and resonance, not to mention superb balance. Dark red/purplish fruit, flowers, spice and mint caress the palate, framed by silky, ripe tannins that are the hallmark of a superior vintage. I can't wait to see how the 2021 develops. This is a stellar showing, certainly the best so far. - By Antonio Galloni on December 2024 It’s always a pleasure to taste with head winemaker Michael Silacci, as he has such a deep perspective on Napa Valley. In 2022, harvest began on August 24 for the Merlot and September 2 for the Cabernet Sauvignon (the earliest ever here) and ran uninterrupted through September 26. To be sure, larger estates like Opus One are especially pushed to the edge in difficult years because they are essentially forced to pick through the challenging weather, as the alternative is losing a portion of the crop. The just-bottled 2022 is still coming together, but it is promising, while the 2021 continues to impress.
