      メルロの果実味をカベルネ フランで下支えした、美しいスタイルのワイン。 2019年のワインの中で、文句なしに満点に近いと言える数少ないワインの一つです。私はアン・プリムールでは100点をつけないが、これは桁外れに美味しく、すでにボトルで味わうのが待ち遠しい。by.デキャンター ラ・コンセイヤント、ペトリュス、ヴュー・シャトー・セルタンなど、ポムロル地区の数々の輝かしいシャトーに隣接しているシャトー・レヴァンジル。レヴァンジルの歴史は18世紀半ばにまで遡り、1741年に「CH.FAZILLEAU」という名前で設立されました。その後、幾度か所有者を変えた後、1957年にルイ・デュカス氏が購入。デュカス家は当時、霜害により荒廃していた畑の再建と、レヴァンジルの名声を取り戻すことに貢献しました。 1990年にドメーヌ・バロン・ド・ロスチャイルドが所有者となり、それ以来、セラーの改装などを行い、ますます品質が向上。実質的にはペトリュスやラ・フルール・ペトリュスと比較しても、 遜色がないと言われているシャトーです。 また、 市場に出回る数が少なく見つけ出すのも難しい、稀少なワインとしても有名で、サン・テミリオン地区のシュヴァル・ブランとも境を接しているという好立地は、右岸好きならずとも気持ちが高まるシャトーなのです。 ポムロールとサン・テミリオンの境界に位置しており、砂利混じりの粘土・砂質土壌に22haの畑を所有しています。醸造はラフィットの技術責任者エリック コレールの下、伝統的な手法でワイン造りを行っています。メルロによる果実味とカベルネ フランの骨格やフィネスが共演する偉大なワインです。熟した果実香が豊かで、静けさの中に深い奥行きを感じさせた口当たりも重厚です。 CHATEAU L'EVANGILE シャトー・レヴァンジル 生産地：フランス ボルドー ポムロル 原産地呼称：AOC. Seductive, rich, mouth-filling to the point that you really understand what that means. Just pops out of your mouth, with evident density of luscious blackberry and brambled raspberry fruit but also vertical climb through the palate. Violet notes marry with baked earth, grilled liquorice, tension and seduction. Highest level of Cabernet Franc in the blend in recent history, and first time that they have used all of the Cabernet Franc available in the vineyard - also first time to have this touch of Cabernet Sauvignon since the Rothschilds arrived at the property. Have I tasted a better l'Evangile? Certainly not at this stage, and one of the very few wines in 2019 that I can say without question approaches a perfect score. I don't give 100s at En Primeur but this is off the scale delicious, and I already can't wait to taste it in bottle. Extremely persistent on the palate. 83.5% merlot, 16% cabernet franc and 0.5% cabernet sauvignon. ワインアドヴォケイト：94 ポイント Rating 94 Release Price NA Drink Date 2027 - 2055 Reviewed by William Kelley Issue Date 8th Apr 2022 Source April 2022 Week 1, The Wine Advocate The 2019 L'Evangile is very good, wafting from the glass with aromas of cherries, sweet berries, warm spices, violets and loamy soil, framed by a nicely integrated patina of new oak that reflects a concerted effort to refine cooperage choices at this address in recent years. Full-bodied, rich and velvety, it's a broad, textural wine with a richly layered core of fruit, succulent acids and ripe, supple tannins that reflects the warm, dry vintage. As usual, it's a Merlot-dominant blend, complemented by some 16% Cabernet Franc and now 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2019 vintage marks a period of transition at L'Evangile. Most obviously, it's the last vintage produced by Jean-Pascal Vazart, before Juliette Couderc and Olivier Tregoat took the reins at this Pomerol benchmark, sandwiched between the likes of La Conseillante, Cheval Blanc, Vieux Ch?teau Certan and Petrus. But it's also a waypoint in the life of the vines, fully 22 hectares of which have been replanted since 2001, and which now have an average age of 15 years. In warmer, drier vintages, canopies are being hedged lower to mitigate against excess sugar accumulation; systematic de-leafing is no longer employed; cover crops are protecting the soils; and a row of Cabernet Sauvignon is increasingly making it into the grand vin, traditionally a blend of more or less 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Attempts are also being made to rein in this wine's tendency to opulence: the 2019 already saw only 75% new oak instead of entirely new barrels, and the technical team is refining cooperage choices (80% of the barrels are made in house at Lafite), looking for more discreet toasts adapted to Evangile, and experimenting with amphorae and now a foudre. Of course, timing harvest is crucial, and more and more the vineyard is picked by soil type instead of by block. The 2019 l'Evangile already reflects some of these evolutions?just as it does the richness and maturity of which Evangile's Merlot is capable in a warm, dry vintage such as this?and it will be exciting to follow them to their conclusion in the years to come.

What a wine! Towering and vertical in its bearing, the 2019 is a total stunner. There is plenty of Lynch Bages charm, but what distinguishes the 2019 most is its spine of tannin and energy. Time in the glass brings out sweet red cherry, plum, blood orange and pomegranate and mint. The 2019 is a great, great, great Lynch Bages. It reminds me of the epic 1989, but with the youthful grip of this vintage. The last vintage produced in Lynch-Bages old winery, it will be interesting to compare this benchmark wine with subsequent vintages over the coming years.

Picked from September 12 to October 9 and matured in 60% new oak, it has a gorgeous, seductive bouquet of pure blackberry, bilberry, crushed iris petals and just a hint of licorice. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins and good cohesion and depth. The oak is seamlessly integrated on the finish, which lingers like a temptress. Two samples tasted, the second demonstrating a little more salinity on the aftertaste. Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cassis and plums mingled with notions of cigar wrapper, sweet loamy soil and violets, it's full-bodied, velvety and layered, with superb concentration, lively acids and rich, powdery tannins. Perfumed and resonant, this is a profound young Pauillac that bears more of a resemblance to its neighbor Ch?teau Latour than to Pichon Lalande this year. Pichon Baron was one of the great deals of the en primeur campaign, and readers who purchased futures are to be congratulated on their foresight. The numbers speak for themselves: until 2000, Pichon-Longueville Baron produced some 350,000 bottles per year; since 2001, that figure has fallen to 160,000. Managing director Christian Seely's first decision on arriving at the property was to reduce production, focusing the grand vin on Cabernet Sauvignon growing on the deep gravel terraces opposite Ch?teau Latour that have always been the heart of this historic estate and which were the source of the great duo of 1989 and 1990 before being joined by other holdings after a series of acquisitions in the early 1990s. The results speak for themselves in the form of a series of excellent vintages, and things improved further with the construction of a new barrel cellar in 2006, permitting better temperature control and more precision during ?levage. In style, Pichon Baron these days has more in common stylistically with the depth and structure of Latour than it does with the perfumed sensuality of its sibling, Pichon Lalande; and in quality, it's clearly one of contemporary Bordeaux's greatest wines. It's hard to know whether 2010, 2016 or 2019 will emerge as the best Pichon Baron of the decade?and of Seely's tenure up to the time of writing?but what is certain is that the 2019 is a striking wine that any Bordeaux lover would want to have in their cellar. Jeb Dunnuck： 97-99+ ポイント The vivid purple, almost blue-hued 2019 Chateau Leoville Barton is a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated wine that includes 16% Merlot. It will spend 18 months in a mix of new and used barrels. Classic Barton notes of cassis, scorched earth, burning embers, new leather, and violets emerge from the glass, and this beauty is full-bodied, massively concentrated, and structured on the palate, yet it has a beautiful elegance as well as a plushness in its texture. Nevertheless, it's not for those seeking instant gratification and is going to need 10-15 years of bottle age to hit maturity. It reminds me of the 1990 and is a great, great wine in the making. Rich and heady in the glass, the 2019 offers up a beguiling mix of dark fruit intermingled with scents to tobacco, gravel, pencil shavings, leather, licorice, scorched earth and cloves. Today, Leoville Barton is decidedly virile, imposing and in need of cellaring. It is also hugely impressive. Leoville Barton is one of the first Bordeaux I tasted, many years ago. It remains a favorite for its combination of quality, personality and fair price, all values the late Anthony Barton championed during his long and distinguished career. Antonio Galloni. Medium-bodied with jaw-dropping elegance, the palate is finely textured and yet built like a brick house with a super taut backbone and exquisitely knit acidity. The intense black and red fruit flavors are accented by layers of mineral and floral notions, finishing with incredible length and depth. Undeniably stunning. “I loved it!” winemaker Nick Gislason told me when I asked him for his thoughts on the 2018 vintage. “Everything is just really perfumey with a lot of verve and a lot of freshness. Cabernet Sauvignon is so expressive today. Cr?me de cassis, lavender and spice open first, followed by sage, lavender, rose petal and a whole range of more floral and savory notes that convey freshness as well as energy.       【蔵出しバックヴィンテージ！】フリーマーク・アビーのアイコン的単一畑シリーズ"ボッシェ・ヴィンヤード" ナパで16番目に設立されたワイナリーで、ナパのワイン産業発展に大きく貢献し続けてきたフリーマークアビー。1976年パリスの審判では、唯一、赤ワイン白ワインともに出品しました。 フリーマーク・アビーのアイコン的単一畑シリーズ"ボッシェ・ヴィンヤード" ハイウェイ29号の西側に位置し、約9haの畑。主にドライファーミングを実施し、ラザフォードらしいブドウを生み出す。暗いルビー色、花のようなノートにフルボディでしっかりとした果実味。 砂利質のローム層土壌。生育期には地下水脈により、新芽が育つのを促進する。さらに生育期が進むと、地下水脈はさらに深くなり、根の張るエリアを通り過ぎるため、ブドウの樹には適度なストレスがかかり、ブドウの熟度を高め、より複雑な香りをもたらす。 5日間低温醸しの後、ステンレスタンクにて24-30度で10-28日間発酵。フレンチオーク樽(新樽60%)で28ヶ月間熟成。 濃いルビー色の色調。ボッシェのカベルネの特徴は甘いブラックチェリーのアロマ。樽由来のスパイスと黒系果実のバランスが良い。しっかりとした香り、妖艶であ柔らかくなめらか、そして深みのある味わい。 FREEMARK ABBEY CABERNET BOSCHE CABERNET SAUVIGNON ブドウ品種：カベルネ ソーヴィニヨン 88% / メルロ 12% ワインアドヴォケイト：94+ポイント Drink Date 2018 - 2038 Reviewed by Robert M. Parker, Jr. Issue Date 30th Apr 2014 Source 212, The Wine Advocate The 2004 Cabernet Bosche Vineyard, which sits on alluvial, gravelly soils in Rutherford and is one of Napa’s most famous vineyards, is absolutely brilliant. The blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot spent 24 months in French oak. This one is still young for a 2004. Its dense purple color, big sweet kiss of cola, vanilla, cedarwood, oodles of black currants and dark cherries, a hint of licorice and unsmoked cigar tobacco, make for a classic almost Pauillac-like style of wine. This is youthful, full-bodied, promising and should hit its peak in another 4-5 years and last at least another two decades.
